Lots For Soldiers is based on one simple belief: that the men and women who defend this country deserve our gratitude.
Our mission started in 2014. We originally donated residential lots to current or former servicepersons, then coordinated community efforts to build a quality home at a reduced cost.
However, we felt that we could be doing more. By branching out, we knew we could help more servicepersons in a variety of different areas. That’s why we’ve redefined our mission.
We’ll still be donating lots to deserving servicepersons, but we’ll be focusing more on providing individualized help, whether that be appliance donations, ramp builds, or simply a helping hand.
If you would like nominate someone for a “blessing,” as we’re calling them, or would like to apply for one yourself, please fill out an application.
We’re grateful for your support as we continue our mission. Any contribution, no matter the size, is an excellent way to say “thank you” to the brave men and women who have sacrificed so much to serve this country. We all have something special to give, be that time, money, or support.

Donor Spotlight – Rockford Construction
Rockford Construction believes in helping local families. Toward that goal, they have been partnering with Lots For Soldiers since almost the beginning of the organization. Their contribution has been tremendous but RCS president Randy Bruns said his team members aren’t the only ones giving back. “Everywhere you look, there are all these pockets of good,” he said.
Rockford House Now a Home
The Rockford house has been purchased by Jonathan and Kami Hampton of Piqua. Staff Sergeant Jonathan Hampton is a recruiter for the Ohio National Guard and was deployed to Afghanistan for ten months in 2011. We thank him for his brave service, and wish him and his family well on their new adventure!
